We get it; it sounds…well, we know how it sounds. But the truth is that certain types of beef fat burn cleaner than most commercial waxes if prepared correctly. More importantly, these materials go to landfills if we don’t use them, and we are proud to do whatever we can to keep them out.

Short answer is - no! We source clean, premium scent oils. That’s what our candles smell like.

They burn longer and smoke less. Anecdotally, some customers say they don’t give them headaches like traditional candles. And once they’re out, they’re out - none of that scent residue in the air.
